All family personal items like photos, etc. etc. are securely saved for the family. Family can make a list of items that need to be found and saved for the family.
Why should you do any cleaning when you are paying us to do all the cleaning. Most jobs are completed within 1 week or less from the start date. We have cleaned out houses in the past that took 4 to 5, 40 yard dumpsters in less than a week.
We have several sources that purchase and liquidate all types of items. This means that a percentage of what we sell comes off the price of the clean out. This is how we can conduct clean outs cheaper than anyone else. Items that we can not sell, but still are useful, we donate to charity. No job to Big or to Small, We Can Handle it All!
